Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering you confirm that you are, and that you can enter into these Terms.

2. Accounts

Keep your login to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Give accurate information when you apply and keep it up to date. One account per person. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these Terms.

3. The Challenge

Project77 is free. It is a 77-day programme of commitments, daily check-ins and weekly reviews that you set for yourself. Nothing in the Service is medical, financial or legal advice. You decide what you commit to and you are responsible for doing it safely. Levels, streaks and scores are a record of your own check-ins and give no right to anything beyond what the Service shows.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful.
• Harass, threaten or harm other participants, in the Win Wall, in your squad chat or anywhere else.
• Post content that is defamatory, offensive, infringing or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate another person or log check-ins you did not do.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems.
• Copy or redistribute other participants’ data.

We may remove content and end access for violations. Wins on the Win Wall are published only after the team approves them.

5. Your Content

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting you give TNS a licence to host and show your content inside the Service, to the people the Privacy Policy describes. You confirm you have the right to post it. Deleting your account removes it.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, branding, videos, text and software belong to TNS and are protected by intellectual property law. Do not copy, modify or distribute any part of it without our written permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, TNS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the menu under your name. We may suspend or end your access at any time, with or without notice, for example when you break the code of conduct. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may change these Terms. We will tell you about material changes in the Service or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands.
